  • Before Norherm Search, I spent just under a decade at a leading life science executive search company in London. As a Partner, I built the Nordic presence from scratch, working with companies from venture-capital backed startups, to some of the most exciting up-and-coming companies in the Nordics. I found C-suite candidates including CEOs, CMOs and CFOs, as well as Board members, Directors and VPs.

    I also teamed up with incubators, including Aleap, Oslo Cancer Cluster and ShareLab, to continue supporting early stage companies, beyond just finding their next hire. And in 2022, I was a keynote speaker at a McKinsey & Hadean Ventures Biotech Roundtable event, discussing how to attract international, scientific talent to the Nordics.

    In 2023, I made the decision to set up Norherm Search. The aim was simple: spend more time on what I love and what I do best — recruiting.

    After work, I’m outdoors as much as possible, come rain or shine. You’ll usually find me on a long run, an ever longer cycle or more recently in the garden, having moved out of central London last year.
